Our Process
Step 1: Name Certification
Obtain a unique company name certificate from the Central Mercantile Register (Registro Mercantil Central).
Step 2: Document Preparation & Notarization
Draft and notarize the public deed of incorporation (company's Articles of Association) before a Public Notary.
Step 3: Capital Deposit & Provisional NIF
Deposit the minimum share capital into a bank account and obtain a provisional Tax Identification Number (NIF).
Step 4: Company Registration
Register the company with the Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil) in the province where its registered office is located.
Step 5: Final Tax ID & Business Licenses
Obtain the definitive NIF from the Tax Agency and apply for any necessary business licenses or permits.
