Step 3: Company Name Selection and Reservation
Verify the uniqueness of your desired company name to prevent rejections and ensure compliance with Slovenian naming conventions. Once approved, the name can be reserved for one year.
Step 4: Official Company Registration
All directors and founders must personally appear at the 'One-Stop Shop' to officially register the company with the Register of Entrepreneurs, the Tax Authority, and the Health Insurance Institute.
Step 5: Bank Account Opening & Share Capital Deposit
Open a temporary corporate bank account and deposit the minimum required share capital of €7,500. We provide assistance in selecting a suitable banking partner.
Step 6: Accounting Setup & Finalization
Establish proper accounting services for your company. Upon successful completion of all registration steps, the company's status in the official registry will change from 'temporary' to 'permanent'.
