Our Process
Step 1: Choose Company Type and Activities
Select the preferred legal form, typically a Limited Liability Company (LLC), and define your company's intended business activities.
Step 2: Appoint Director & Secure Address
Appoint at least one director (who can be a non-resident) and establish a registered legal address in Serbia, with virtual offices being permissible.
Step 3: Document Preparation & Submission
Prepare and submit all necessary incorporation documents, including identity proofs for founders and directors, along with a notarized Power of Attorney for remote processes.
Step 4: Company Registration & Bank Account Opening
Your company is officially registered, and we assist with opening a corporate bank account, which can often be completed remotely.
