Company Formation in North Macedonia
Europe
Overview
North Macedonia, located in the central Balkans, is emerging as an attractive destination for foreign investors. The government is actively seeking to attract foreign capital, primarily for business formation. It offers a relatively fast incorporation process and a competitive tax system, making it suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Our Process
Step 1: Name Approval
Submit several proposed company names to the authorities for approval.
Step 2: Owner and Manager Identification
Declare the owner (legal or natural person, requiring a local registered address) and appoint a company manager.
Step 3: Document Preparation & Notarization
Prepare all necessary incorporation documents, including certified copies of passports and proof of address for founders, ensuring all are translated and notarized.
Step 4: Company Registration
The registration process is completed. Personal presence is not mandatory as it can be done by an authorized representative.
Step 5: Central Register Entry & Seal Order
After registration, the company data is entered into the country's Central Register. A company seal can then be ordered.
