Step 4: Tax & Municipal Registration
Apply for tax registration with the General Department of Taxes and Duties and register with the relevant municipal mayor's office.
Step 5: Operating Licenses & Social Security
Obtain an operating permit, and register with the Nicaraguan Social Security Institute and the Ministry of Labor and Inspection to finalize company setup.
