Step 3: Registration Submission
File the complete documentation with the Central Register of the Commercial Court in Podgorica. This can be done in person or via a notarized power of attorney.
Step 4: Director Appointment & Address Declaration
Appoint an Executive Director and declare the company's registered legal address and primary business activities.
Step 5: Bank Account Opening
Facilitate the opening of a corporate bank account with a local or international bank in Montenegro.
