Our Process
Step 1: Name Reservation & Approval
Submit an application for your unique company name to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) for approval.
Step 2: Document Preparation & Submission
Prepare and submit all incorporation documents, including the company constitution, director/shareholder details, beneficial ownership information, and a detailed business plan to the GFSC.
Step 3: GFSC Consent & Registration
Once GFSC consent is granted based on the submitted application and due diligence, the company is officially registered by the Registrar of Companies.
Step 4: Bank Account Opening
Facilitate the opening of a corporate bank account with a local or international financial institution in Guernsey.
