Company Formation in Estonia
Europe
Overview
Estonia is a highly digitalized and innovative European hub, renowned for its e-Residency program, which allows entrepreneurs worldwide to establish and manage a company entirely online. It boasts a pro-business environment with zero corporate income tax on reinvested profits, making it an attractive jurisdiction for startups, IT companies, and digital nomads.
Our Process
Step 1: Preparatory Actions
Before registration, determine your company's name, legal form (e.g., OÜ), share capital, financial reporting period, and EMTAK code. Secure a legal address and contact person.
Step 2: Document Preparation
Prepare all necessary documents, including the articles of association, foundation agreement, resolutions, and decisions, with assistance.
Step 3: Company Registration
Register your company either online via e-Residency, in person with a notary, or by power of attorney. Registration can be very quick, often within minutes for e-residents.
Step 4: Bank Account Opening
Open a corporate bank account. While Estonian banks may require substantial local presence, accounts can be opened remotely in other international jurisdictions.
