Overview
Croatia, located on the Balkan Peninsula, is a small state with a developing economy and a growing business sector. It offers a favorable environment for foreign investment, particularly for non-EU citizens looking to acquire real estate. Foreign-owned companies hold the same rights as local ones, including the ability to purchase and own property. The country allows 100% foreign capital in companies and provides opportunities for obtaining residency for foreign founders.
