Step 2: Appoint Local Director & Registered Office
Appoint a resident Chilean CEO or Executive Director and secure a registered legal address within Chile for your company.
Step 3: Company Registration
Complete the official incorporation process with the relevant Chilean authorities, establishing your company as a legal entity.
Step 4: Obtain Municipal Patent
Acquire the mandatory municipal patent (Patente Municipal) from the local municipality, which is essential for conducting commercial operations. Fees vary based on share capital.
Step 5: Corporate Bank Account Opening
Open a corporate bank account with a local or international bank. Be aware that companies formed with very low share capital might face difficulties in this step.
